Who is “Green Bay Help Desk”?

We are a team of experienced Systems Administrators who have honed our skills for over 10 years working for
various large companies throughout the United States.
We have years of "hands-on" experience in nearly every aspect of the Information Technology field.
We have experience in everything from consulting for multi-million dollar projects to stringing cable for PCs and
Telephones.
We have multiple certifications and training from corporations such as Microsoft, IBM, Oracle and Hewlett Packard.
We have experience supporting over 30 remote offices in cities across the United States.
We all live in the Green Bay area where we were born.
We each have children attending schools in the Green Bay and Howard Suamico school districts.

How long has “Green Bay Help Desk” been in business?

As a formally organized business, this is a brand new venture but we each have been informally providing technical
support and consultation outside of our regular “9-5” jobs for the past six years.
This business allows us to combine, organize and more narrowly focus our efforts to the benefit of our customers.
